You may return merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the original total sales amount. The merchandise must be received in new condition. Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. For returned merchandise, we will not be responsible for freight charges back to our factory. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (7) business days. If a package is returned to our warehouse or undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount minus a $35 shipping charge.
1. Email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 570-383-1114 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will issue an RMA# for the return, which you must include on the UPS or Fed-Ex shipping label.
2. Packing your return – Place the item in its original packaging, in the proper position, with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in the original box.
3. Shipping your return – If you are shipping the unit back to us on the money-back-guarantee, you as the buyer pay all shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or Fed Ex to ensure proper tracking of your product. Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for your records. You are responsible for seeing to it that we receive your item back in our warehouse undamaged and in good working order.
4. Upon receipt of your item, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed. We will issue you a credit refund. Please allow 14 business days for your credit refund.
We offer FREE Shipping on every product within the Continental United States. All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on where you live.
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents of Pennsylvania.

Please note that most items ship within 3 to 5 business days, with some items shipping on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an e-mail confirming cancellation.
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur. If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials.
